Bulk SMS enables you to track the delivery reports of your sent messages, measure the impact of your messages, and even track the number of hits or sales generated by including a link in the SMS.
Bulk SMS services can be utilized by organizations, enterprises, or industries that regularly interact with customers and need to communicate important notifications promptly. Bulk SMS Plans offers a platform for sending bulk SMS messages worldwide. It can be used by various organizations, including educational institutions, e-commerce companies, banking sectors, financial firms, travel agencies, hospitality businesses, healthcare providers, real estate companies, and automobile industries.


1. Promotional SMS: These SMS messages are used to send discounts, offers, or promotional content to a large number of new and existing customers. Promotional SMS messages are delivered only to non-DND (Do Not Disturb) numbers and are typically sent between 9 am and 9 pm. They are delivered with a random six-digit sender ID and can be integrated with client websites via an API.

2. Transactional SMS: Transactional SMS messages are used to send informational messages or booking/order alerts to registered customers. have no time restrictions (24/7 delivery)

3. OTP SMS (High Priority): OTP SMS messages are high-priority messages used for API integrations, particularly for OTP verifications.

Using the Bulk SMS Plans application, you can send text messages from anywhere in the world using an internet-enabled device. The platform allows you to send and receive bulk SMS messages online and is the leading bulk SMS provider. To send SMS online, follow these steps:


1. Register your account.

2. Request a sender ID in the "profile" > "Senders ID" section.

3. Create your contact list in the "file listing" section.

4. Compose your message in the "Broadcast SMS" > "Compose SMS" section.

5. Click the send button.

Yes, you can send SMS messages in any language. Bulk SMS Plans supports Unicode encoding, allowing you to send SMS messages in different languages.
Account activation usually takes around 5 minutes during working hours, which are from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Yes, you can send SMS messages to your customers using your business name as the sender ID. In the unlimited validity package, you can have multiple sender IDs. However, in the trial pack, you can only have one sender ID.
To request a sender ID for your business, you can do so through your Bulk SMS panel. Follow these steps:


1. Login to the Bulk SMS Plans Portal.

2. Go to "profile" and select "Sender ID."

3. Create a new sender ID.


The activation of the sender ID usually takes around 24hrs during business working days.
